We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to help support HSE Manager and project teams on a fixed -term contract until June / July 2027.

The Role
This is a regional based role located approx. 3 hours from Melbourne that will require you to be on site Mon - Fri & potentially some Saturday's. Accommodation and meal allowance is provided.

You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems, ensuring documentation and records are accurate and up to date, and assisting project teams with safety and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as an HSE Administrator or Safety Advisor position within construction
  • A relevant WHS/OHS qualification (Certificate or Degree)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment and terminology
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and high-risk construction activities
  • Experience with ISO standards and audit processes
  • Exposure to federal safety certification processes
  • Experience with safety management systems, with Procore and 1Breadcrumb highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
