About the Role
Newly created leadership position within our Corporate P&C Team. Have direct impact on shaping and delivering our HR Systems Strategy. Guide HR function on how to best interact with data in the decision-making process.
We are looking for an HR Systems & Data Superintendent to join our P&C Team in our Subiaco Office. This is a permanent role and can be offered as either a full-time or part-time (no less than 0.8 FTE) basis. Reporting to Group Manager – Employee Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing configuration maintenance, governance and the optimisation of our SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) module, while managing a close-knit HR Systems Team and having a focus on HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) system
- Act as the technical escalation point for HR Systems Specialists, providing guidance and resolution for complex issues
- Lead enhancement and upgrade projects, including new module implementations and newly acquired businesses into SF EC
- Serve as the HR System project specialist for cross-functional initiatives
- Champion the end-user experience through intuitive system recommendations and educational training & materials
- Develop & maintain thorough testing, compliance and governance management processes
- Develop, implement and maintain SF EC Data Architecture principles
- Act as the primary liaison between end-users, IT department and external consultants
- Oversee the management of the SF Report Centre and other HR reporting software including PowerBI Reports to inform strategic business decisions
Where you’ll add value
- High level demonstrated technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Working knowledge of other SAP modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals will be highly regarded
- Experience in the development and production of Story Reports and PowerBI dashboards
- Exposure to full-cycle project implementation – from concept to post delivery
Qualifications
- Degree majoring in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or other from a recognised tertiary institution (preferred)
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
