HR Business Partner

Pearl is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a well established company with a strong local presence. Join a busy and great functioning team who have a team first attitude! This role will be for a 8 month contract with the possibility of extension.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing practical HR advice across a broad generalist portfolio. The focus is on building strong relationships, supporting leaders through people matters, and helping the business achieve its goals.

Duties and Tasks

• Partnering with senior leaders and acting as a trusted HR advisor
• Providing clear, practical advice on employee relations, industrial relations and performance matters
• Supporting organisational initiatives and business priorities as they arise
• Contributing to people strategies that make sense for the business
• Applying policies and legislation in a consistent, sensible way

About You

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role
• Experience with employee and industrial relations highly desirable
• Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written to key stakeholders
• Strong attention to details and problem solving skills

What's On Offer

• $65 to $75 per hour + super - dependent on experience
• Ability to start ASAP
• Mon to Fri - 8hr day - 40hr working week
• Kwinana Location!
