At Ramelius Resources, gold mining is not just what we do — it is who we are. From our early days at Wattle Dam to becoming one of Australia’s most respected gold producers, we have built our success on agility, resilience and a commitment to operational excellence.

With a strong pipeline of projects and a focus on sustainable growth, we are investing in our assets and exploration to deliver on our vision. But what truly sets us apart is our people. We foster a culture of opportunity, respect and shared ambition — when you grow, we grow.

With a portfolio of tenement packages across tier 1 Western Australian assets, the Exploration team delivers brownfields and greenfields programs focused on resource growth, reserve conversion and mine life extension. With approved investment of $90-$110 million for FY27, unlocking potential through Exploration success is at heart of our 500-horsepower growth strategy.

  • Lead regulatory engagement and ensure the effective management of statutory reporting, compliance obligations and external stakeholder relationships.

    About You
You are a strategically minded safety professional with the ability to influence, coach and lead through safety transformation. Combining strategic thinking with a practical, solutions-focused approach, you partner with leaders to manage risk, build capability and embed safety as a core part of how exploration teams operate.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline

  • Experience implementing safety systems and leading incident investigations, audits and assurance activities

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation

  • Statutory Schedule 26 qualification is essential
