Northern Star Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Administrator to join our high-performing and collaborative team at Jundee Operations. Working on a permanent FIFO roster of 8 days on, 6 days off from Perth, you will provide essential administrative support to the Health & Safety team, ensuring efficient site operations and supporting key compliance and safety requirements across the business
Here is what awaits you.
- Coordinate contractor mobilisation, site access, travel arrangements, and roster administration.
- Maintain accurate records and workforce data within INX, LGIRS, and other site systems.
- Process requisitions, work orders, and other administrative documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, including AXTAT reporting, and support reporting requirements.
- Support event coordination, stakeholder communications, and general site administration activities.
- Maintain health, safety, emergency management, and compliance systems, including Mine Control and Safety Boards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence across site functions.
To thrive in this role, you will need.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining or resources sector, previous FIFO experience, proficiency in INX InFlight and INX +Process, and ideally experience using Pronto or similar ERP systems.
Qualification: Current Australian C - Class Drivers Licence
