The Role

As our Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our site's culinary operations. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and managing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food services.
• Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
• Managing stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards.
• Fostering a positive, collaborative, and safe working environment.

About You

• Trade Qualified Chef with proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Experience in remote, bulk catering, or large-scale hospitality operations is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
