HD Fitter - Pilbara - 8/6 7/7

The Opportunity

• Use your skills and knowledge to complete maintenance tasks on mobile plant mining equipment.
• Work with new gear and new machines requiring maintenance.
• Work on top-of-the-line Caterpillar equipment.
• Various rosters and multiple positions are available: 8/6, 7/7 and 2/1.
• Experience repairing and maintaining Hitachi, Liebherr and Komatsu mobile plant is helpful.
• Workshop and field service options are available.
• Underground positions are also available.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in workshop and field service roles.
• Ability to attend call-outs.
• Experience with mining gear.
• Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on all machines.
• Experience with Komatsu, Cat, Hitachi and Liebherr equipment.
• Experience with component change-outs.
• Ability to attend breakdowns in the pit.
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding on machines.
• Ability to complete daily machine inspections and compile parts lists.
