About the Role

An exciting opportunity for experienced HD Fitters to join a newly established mobile maintenance division supporting a major Pilbara mining operation.

This is a rare chance to join a growing operation during a major transition phase — working on a modern CAT fleet with genuine long-term career progression and the opportunity to help shape a new maintenance team from the ground up.

The Fleet

The Fleet Predominantly Caterpillar equipment including:

• CAT 785 Haul Trucks
• CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
• CAT 992 / 988 / 980 Loaders
• CAT 18 Graders
• CAT 6200 Drills
• CAT 6040 Fleet
• Epiroc D65 Drills

Fleet size is expected to approach 100 units by year-end.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a growing mobile maintenance team responsible for maintaining a large-scale mining fleet in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown diagnosis and repairs
• Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Component change-outs and fault finding
• Working safely within site maintenance procedures
• Contributing to the development of a new maintenance culture and standards

What We’re Looking For

• Australian recognised trade qualification
• FIFO or heavy mining experience preferred
• Experience on CAT mining equipment highly regarded
• Candidates from reputable service providers encouraged to apply
• Strong attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
