The Role & Project

MACA Mining are seeking a HD Fittersto join our maintenance team at our Sanjiv Ridge project. The Sanjiv Ridge iron ore mine, owned by Atlas Iron, is situated in the Pilbara region of WA approximately 240 kilometres from Port Hedland.

The fleet onsite consist of CAT 785D, CAT 785C dump trucks, Komatsu 1250, Liebherr R9150 excavators, CAT777D watercart, CAT 16M Grader, CAT D10T Dozer, Epiroc T45 Drill Rigs

To be successful in this role, you will require

• Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Cert
• Surface mining equipment fleet experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex mechanical and hydraulic problems.
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies
