HC/MC Operator

We are seeking HC/MC Drivers to join our client’s team working across Perth and regional WA. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with a leading contractor offering strong weekly earnings and consistent rosters.

What’s on offer:

• 11:3 roster – consistent and steady work pattern
• Flat rates + penalties – earn $2,500 to $3,500 per week
• Living Away From Home Allowance – $78 per day
• Work across Perth and regional WA projects
• Ongoing work with a reputable civil contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating spray seal trucks, bitumen sprayers, or aggregate spreaders
• Assisting with road surfacing and sealing operations
• Loading, unloading, and handling bitumen and aggregates safely
• Performing daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
• Following traffic management and safety procedures on-site
• Supporting the team with general road construction or labouring tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in spray seal or road surfacing operations
• Current HC OR MC Driver’s License (mandatory)
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork
• Ability to work in remote or regional locations as required
