Protech are currently seeking experienced Quarry Haul Truck Drivers to support operations across a local quarry project. This role offers consistent local work leading into the wet season, ideal for operators seeking reliable short-term opportunities.

About the Role

• Immediate start available
• Casual role with ongoing work
• Local quarry work – home every night
• Operating articulated haul trucks within quarry environments
• Day and night shifts may be required depending on production schedules
• Penalty rates, overtime, and allowances apply

Key Responsibilities

• Safe operation of articulated haul trucks
• Hauling materials within quarry sites
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Working safely around other plant, personnel, and site traffic
• Following site procedures and safety requirements
• Maintaining clean and efficient work practices
• Assisting with general site duties when required

Tickets & Experience Required

• Valid Driver Licence with proven articulated haul truck experience (essential)
• Demonstrated experience operating articulated dump/haul trucks in quarry or mining environments
• Strong understanding of site safety and fatigue management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically fit for site-based work
• Reliable transport
