This position is based at our Dysart Village in Queensland.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Casual Guest Services Assistant to join our vibrant Village Administration team, supporting reception operations for a village featuring more than 1,700 ensuite rooms and a broad range of guest services and recreation facilities. In this role, you will:

• Provide warm, professional customer service to a high volume of guests
• Manage daily reception and administrative tasks with accuracy
• Complete high-volume data entry and confidently use various software systems
• Work flexible casual shifts while living and working on-site
• Earn $32.34 per hour + 12% Superannuation
• Travel to site using free BIBO services from Mackay or DIDO from nearby towns

ABOUT YOU

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Experience in administration, hospitality, or accommodation services
• Valid Australian working rights for the next 6 months (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
