The Opportunity

As an Underground Grader Operator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient underground roadways and access routes.

Responsibilities

• Grading declines, levels, and other underground service areas
• Conducting proactive roadway maintenance and repairs
• Completing tasks safely and efficiently in line with site requirements
• Performing pre start inspections and basic equipment servicing
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and reporting mechanical issues promptly
• Contributing to a strong safety culture and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Previous underground grader operating experience
• Experience with underground road maintenance equipment
• Nationally recognised Grader Ticket/Licence
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• A work ethic that reflects Redpath's commitment:"Consider it done. Safely."
