Franna Operator & Experienced Labourers

Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a major civil construction company in Ingham, North Queensland. Due to increased project requirements, we are currently seeking an experienced Franna Crane Operator to join the project team. The project is expeteced to start on the 31st of August and will run for 2-3 years with other projects on the horizon.

Franna Crane Operator You will be operating a Franna crane on a civil infrastructure project, assisting with lifting and material handling requirements across site.

• $45.80/hr + Penalties (after 7.6hrs) + Super
• Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm + Saturday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Assisting with lifting and positioning materials around site.
• Following lifting plans and site procedures.
• Working closely with operators, trades and site supervisors.
• Assisting with general civil labouring duties when required.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and site compliance.

Requirements

• Current CN/CO Franna Crane Operating Ticket.
• Current Construction White Card.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labouring tasks when required.
• Strong safety awareness and work ethic.
