Forklift Operators/Trades Assistants

Our client is a leading manufacturer of cable support and infrastructure solutions. Due to increased production demands, they are seeking multiple Forklift Operators / Trades Assistants to join their workshop team in Acacia Ridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering consistent hours, immediate starts, and the potential for long-term ongoing employment.

• $36.00 - $37.00 per hour + penalties + super
• Immediate Start Available
• Monday - Friday
• 2-3 Month Assignment with Potential for Ongoing Work
• Acacia Ridge Location

About the Role

• Operating forklifts to move steel, fabricated products, and workshop materials safely and efficiently
• Assisting tradespeople with fabrication and manufacturing tasks
• Loading, unloading, and organising materials throughout the workshop
• Using hand and power tools to assist with assembly and production
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Assisting with general workshop duties and manual handling as required
• Working as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We Are Looking For:

• Current LF Forklift Licence with proven operating experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or workshop environment
• Welding or fabrication experience is highly regarded
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks throughout the day
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
