About the Role

The Opportunity:

Our Curragh branch is searching for our next Heavy Diesel Fitter. Join our team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality service to Komatsu customers.
Your responsibilities will include diagnostics, repairs, and the ongoing maintenance of our heavy equipment, which includes 930E-5 Trucks, PC 7000 Excavators and D475 Dozers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, safety-minded individual with strong technical skills and a drive for excellence.

• Annualised Wages: $185,000 per year + super
• Roster: 7 Days on / 7 Days off, Rotating 12.25-hour shifts
• Role Located: Curragh, QLD (Drive-in/Drive-out with Shuttle bus transfers between camp and site)

About You / Requirements

• Qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Fitter
• Experience working on 930E-5 trucks, PC 7000 Excavators and D475 Dozers is essential
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and attention to detail
• Strong computer systems skills. Experience with Komatsu systems is desirable
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service
