FIFO, DIDO & Residential Opportunities | 7/7 & 14/14 Rosters. Join Redpath Australia and be part of one of Australia's premier underground mining projects. Redpath Australia is seeking experienced Diesel Fitters and Auto Electricians to join our growing maintenance team at the Northparkes E22 Block Cave Project in Central West NSW. Working underground, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a modern fleet of Sandvik underground mining equipment, supporting safe and productive operations on a world-class block cave mining project. Whether you're looking for FIFO from Australia's East Coast, DIDO, or a residential opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs on Sandvik underground equipment
• Performing scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and inspections
• Completing component change-outs and major repairs
• Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and standards
• Accurately completing maintenance documentation and reporting

• Sandvik Production Drills
• Sandvik Loaders (LHDs)
• Sandvik Underground Trucks
• Ancillary underground mining equipment
• Toyota 79 series Landcruiser’s

Qualifications

Dies el Fitters

• Australian Trade Qualification in Mobile Plant, Diesel Fitting or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
• Experience maintaining underground mining equipment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Current Australian Driver's Licence

LV Fitters

• Australian Trade Qualification in Mechanics
• Experience maintaining Toyota’s
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Current Australian Driver's Licence

Auto Electricians

• Australian Trade Qualification as an Auto Electrician
• Experience working on underground mining or heavy mobile equipment
• Strong fault-finding capabilities across electrical and electronic systems
• Experience with OEM diagnostic software desirable
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
