The services we provide range from mine development, production, cable bolting and drilling, raise boring, shotcreting and fleet.

The Opportunity

PYBAR are seeking experienced Underground Fitters to join our brand new development contract at Rosebery Mine in Tasmania.

You will be working with a modern fleet, including Sandvik drills, Caterpillar loaders and a variety of other Underground equipment, while being part of a project from the ground up.

This position will be offered on a 7:7 or 14:14 roster, with multiple points of hire considered across all of Tasmania and the Eastern Australian cost.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Trade qualifications – Diesel Fitter (Essential)
• Experience with Sandvik Drills (Beneficial)
• Experience with Caterpillar Loaders (Beneficial)
• Have proven experience working on underground heavy equipment (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• A strong focus on safety
• Hold a current Australian Drivers License
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
