FIFO Supervisors

PERSOL is one of Australia's leading professional, engineering and technical recruitment agencies, servicing clients nationally.

We are currently looking for experienced Supervisors to start as soon as for an initial 6 months + with potential for ongoing works for the right candidates.

You'll be working for BHP (embedded contractor) and Supervising projects within Construction.

Roles & Projects Overview

• Electrical Project Supervisor (2/2 roster) - Manage Contractors on multiple ongoing Capital Projects including Substation Replacements, Shutdown Projects, NPI Scopes including Camp Refurbishments, Dewatering Infrastructure, HVAC etc.
• 2 x SMP/Mechanical Project Supervisors with shutdown experience (8/6 roster) - Manage Contractors on multiple ongoing Capital Projects including a Train Load-out Facility Replacement, Processing Plant Remediation Works and Shutdown experience critical.
• 2 x Civil Earthworks Project Supervisor (1 x 8/6 roster) - Manage Contractors on multiple ongoing Capital Projects including Dewatering Infrastructure, Mine Enable Works.

• (1 x 2/1 Roster) - Manage Contractor for Slope Monitoring Infrastructure Installations in active Open-cut Mining Areas.

To be successful in this role it is essential you have;

• Trade qualification (preferred)
• BSBWHS414 - Contribute to WHS risk management
• BSBWHS411 - Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs
• BSBMGT401 - Show leadership in the workplace
• White Card
• Previous experience in above type projects
• Hold a current WA Drivers Licence.
• Experience with a Top Tier Miner as a Supervisor or embedded contractor
• Relevant & demonstrated previous experience on mine sites
• Relevant qualifications and certificates
• An excellent attitude and leadership qualities
