FIFO Electrician – Camp Maintenance

About the Role

As a FIFO Electrician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the electrical systems across the site’s accommodation village and associated facilities, helping ensure a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing electrical maintenance across camp facilities
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring and equipment
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and site safety procedures
• Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests as required

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Current CPR/LVR, First Aid, Fire Attack, and White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
• Current residence in the Perth metropolitan area

Desirable

• Current Rio Tinto, BHP, or Fortescue (FMG) site inductions.
