The Opportunity

Komatsu’s Fairfield branch is looking for aField Service Supervisor to lead our high-performing service team. This key role is all about driving safe, efficient field operations while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support a team of ~10+ Field Service Technicians.
• Coordinate daily field operations, workflow, and resourcing.
• Manage WIP, service reporting, and quality outcomes.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Champion safety, continuous improvement, and team development.

About you

• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (preferred).
• Current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
• Komatsu equipment experience (highly regarded).
