Field Assistant

Looking to pick up a well paid, defined two‑swing contract and put your field experience straight to work? This Field Assistant role offers a clear scope, solid day rates, and no long‑term commitment.

You will work a 2/2 roster for two swings only, FIFO ex Perth into Kununurra, then charter to site. The role supports active RC and DD drilling programs and suits someone comfortable working in hot, remote northern Australian conditions who can step in with minimal ramp‑up.

This is a hands‑on field role with an established crew. It will suit Field Assistants who understand remote work, drilling support, and northern logistics, and want a clean, well‑run short contract.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting both RC and DD programs
• Proven experience working in remote, hot environments in northern Australia
• Manual driver’s licence
• First Aid Certificate
• Current First Aid certificate.

What’s on Offer:

• $650 day rate
• Two swings only on a 2/2 roster
• FIFO ex Perth via Kununurra, then charter flights to site
• Clear scope and immediate contribution.

This role is scheduled to commence mid to late September. We can only consider candidates who are available to interview immediately and able to complete a medical at short notice, with the relevant experience and tickets in place.
