The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're expanding our Facilities team and looking for an additional Facilities Coordinator to join our Western Region operations. Based at our Welshpool site, you'll work closely with the Facilities Manager, an existing Facilities Coordinator, and the wider team to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operating at their best.

This diverse and hands-on role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, coordinate maintenance and compliance activities, manage contractors, and contribute to site improvement projects that support the growth of our business. Working in a back-to-back arrangement with an existing Facilities Coordinator, you'll help provide continuous support across the region while building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting day-to-day facilities operations.

  • Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday) working back to back with existing 8/6 individual.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of facilities infrastructure, contractor management, and maintenance planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
  • 3+ years' experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, property services, or a similar role within a multi-site environment
  • Relevant trade qualification (desirable) or hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, or handyman services
  • Experience coordinating contractors, site services, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Proficient in preparing reports, maintaining compliance records, and using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
