About the Company

Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) is seeking Expressions of Interest from enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our growing Retail and Hospitality Team.

• Baristas / Coffee Specialists
• Food & Beverage Attendants
• Sandwich Hands / Kitchen Hands
• Retail & Hospitality Supervisors

What We're Looking For

Role-Specific Experience

Food & Beverage Attendants

• Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Sandwich Hands / Kitchen Hands

• Experience with basic food preparation, sandwich making, or working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Baristas / Coffee Specialists

• Proven coffee-making skills and experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to produce quality espresso coffee and maintain café standards.

Supervisors

• Experience leading teams in retail, food service, or hospitality settings.
• Strong organisational and people leadership skills.

Visa

• Visa Holders Welcome We welcome applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Working Holiday Visa holders who have valid Australian work rights and can commit to rostered shifts.
