Programmed Energy and Resources are currently seeking experienced Exploration Logistics Assistants to join our Tier 1 Mining clients in the Pilbara.

• 2/1 roster - 12/9 available after 12 months
• $50.81 flat + Super paid on all hours
• FIFO ex Perth
• ASAP start
• Ongoing role

About the Role

• Provide operational, administrative and compliance support to the Exploration work groups
• Responsibilities - Logistics, earthworks, field support and land use certificates
• Administer LUC applications, work packs, close-outs, tracklogs and rehabilitation
• Manage Earthworks reporting, contractor accruals and invoice reconciliations, and operational data requirements
• Coordinate field supplies and personnel movements across operating locations
• Update and maintain the Exploration fleet allocation and daily vehicle records
• Maintain daily earthworks and compile monthly earthworks reporting
• Update accruals spreadsheets with daily contractor works and maintain month to date accuracy
• Support GIS updates, trackers, databases and general field systems used by the team.
• Update project spreadsheets, scope of works documents and related tracking records with current information.
• Administer existing data to confirm rehabilitation and compliance requirements have been completed and projects can be progressed to close-out.

About You / Requirements

• Experience in the mining/exploration industry - preferred.
• Previous experience to ArcMap or ArcPro - desirable.
• Previous field support experience
• Must hold a current Driver's License
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
• WA residents only
• No visa holders will be accepted for this role
• First Aid Certificate
• 4WD Certificate
