About the Role

Programme Energy and Resources is currently seeking Experienced Shotfirer Assistants for one of our leading mining clients in the Lower Hunter Valley.

Roster

• Monday to Friday with an RDO - 4 day week
• Day Shift Only, No Weekends
• 10.5hr Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Working out in the elements
• Assisting Shotfirers
• Dipping and tying shot patterns
• Priming and loading blast holes
• Maintain records of drill holes

About You

• Safe and productive work ethic
• Proven experience in an open cut mining environment is preferred
• Hold current Drivers Licence
• Already hold a Security Clearance (UHL) or be willing to obtain at own cost
• Provide recent work referees
• Able to undergo and pass Order 45 Health assessment and D&A Test
• Able to undergo a police check
