The OpportunityWe invite experienced Production Mining Excavator Operators to join our high-performing MinRes team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. Secure a permanent, full-time position at our owner-operated iron ore and lithium mine sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara. In this rewarding environment, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew that prides itself on a strong safety culture and supportive team spirit.

What is required?

• A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Demonstrated skill in operating large excavators (1900 or above) from leading brands such as Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, or Liebherr—hard rock experience highly regarded
• A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.
