Estimator / Scheduler - Luxury Homes & Renovations

Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a luxury residential builder that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke homes and high-end renovations throughout Perth. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced professional to join their team.

The Role

Working alongside the Construction Manager and project delivery team, you'll be responsible for scheduling, estimating, procurement and contract administration across luxury custom homes and renovation projects.

You'll play an integral role in ensuring projects are accurately costed, well planned and delivered efficiently from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates, costings and material take-offs
• Coordinating project scheduling and procurement activities
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing, quotations and purchase orders
• Preparing and administering contracts
• Monitoring budgets, variations and project costs
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting
• Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, designers and clients
• Assisting with project forecasting and commercial reporting
• Supporting the successful delivery of multiple residential projects

About You

• Previous experience in a Scheduler, Estimator or Contracts Administration role within residential construction
• Experience working on custom homes, luxury residential projects or high-end renovations
• Strong knowledge of estimating, procurement and project administration
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Procore
• A solid understanding of the WA residential construction industry
