About the Role

Job Summary: Manage the operation of a large earthmoving truck.

We are looking for highly motivated Ancillary Operators to join our growing Genesis Mining Services (GMS) team at our Leonora Operation.

Positions will commence between late November 2026 and late January 2027.

Due to continued growth and new projects coming online, we’re seeking experienced operators who are committed to the safe and efficient operation of ancillary equipment to support our expanding production requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation, contribute to our success and operate brand-new machinery.

The role is offered on a 15 days on, 13 days off FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora. You’ll be based at an established accommodation camp in Leonora, with excellent facilities including a gym, as well as access to local town amenities.

The Opportunity

• Operate ancillary machinery in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
• Adhere to all site safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-start checks and report defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, dispatch and other operators to achieve production targets.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and equipment care.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.

About Your Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience within the mining industry (preferred).
