Entry Level Drillers Offsider - FIFO | Surface & Underground | $125k+

About the Role

Niche Resources is hiring entry level Drillers Offsiders for surface and underground rigs on FIFO rosters across WA. The program provides fast-track traineeships to become a qualified driller. You will join a Green Machine program that supports you from your first chat through your drilling career and helps you obtain all the required tickets, including your truck licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Do the heavy lifting and labouring that keeps the rig turning
• Work long days in heat, dust and mud
• Learn from your driller every shift and take real steps toward your traineeship

What we require

• Current Australian C Class driver's licence (no P plates)
• Fit, healthy and ready to do the hard yards
• Willing to commit to a highly paid 2 year traineeship
• Currently in WA or with a real, thought through plan to relocate

What we would love to see

• Experience around drill rigs, mining, or FIFO in any capacity
• Farming, construction, trades or other heavy labour background
• Current National Police Clearance
• HR licence (HR-B ok) or working toward it

Our Offer / Benefits

• Over $7,800 per swing
• Year one earnings around $125,000 to $135,000 + super
• Clear pathway to driller in about 2 years - $180k+ once qualified
