Engineering Manager

About the Role

• Perth based  Monday to Friday

The position will oversee the company's engineering function by leading the mechanical, process, civil/structural and electrical day-to-day delivery across the study and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands on design, review and technical support
• Lead the scoping, PFS and DFS phases of engineering
• Provide technical support to laboratory batch and pilot plant equipment
• Manage and develop a small multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate engineering resources across all projects
• Support capital costs estimation, procurement, and vendor engagement.

To be successful you will possess

• Tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering
• Demonstrated experience in delivering scoping, PFS and DFS study phases in a lean team
• Practical experience with pilot plant, and small-scale process plant engineering
• Working knowledge of electrical/instrumentation, automation and digital system interfaces
• Hands-on, delivery focussed leadership style.
