About the Role

As the Assets Engineer - HME, you will contribute to improving the reliability, safety and performance of the HME fleet through strategic planning, technical expertise and collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to support sustainable asset lifecycle and asset reliability.

Required Skills

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience with mobile maintenance in a mining environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis
• Strong technical communication skills for collaboration across diverse stakeholders
• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP) and work management processes
• Practical knowledge of condition monitoring techniques for mobile equipment

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with life cycle asset management and cost modelling
• Vendor and OEM relationship management skills
• Knowledge of reliability improvement methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience

• Engineering degree with relevant technical experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance
• Demonstrated capability in defect analysis, maintenance planning, and asset reliability
