Electrician - Casual Pool

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Camp Maintenance Electricians to join our casual pool. This FIFO role involves maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment at remote camp facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth camp operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Requirements:

• WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence
• Previous experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a remote or FIFO setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including generators and lighting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• WA Drivers Licence
