Anglo American together with WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Underground Fitters & Electrician to join the team at their Moranbah North operation in Outbye roles. You will be joining an Industry leading Operation where you will be able to bring your previous experience to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy mine as both a surface and underground fitter & Electrician working in the Outbye departments on surface and underground equipment. You will be working 12 hour shifts on a 7/7 roster. These are both short term contracts (Fitter til late October & Electrician early/mid August) and are available for residential, DIDO or BIBO candidates. Camp and meals with leading facilities provided.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum 2years coal mining experience as a fitter
• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11(Underground)& Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
• Holding a DES and previous experience working underground on a Coal Mine will be highly advantageous
• Site LMS or trade certificate
• Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
• The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test prior to commencement - non mandated!
