About the Role

The Opportunity on the Ernest Henry Mine project features a 14:14 roster with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns to Ernest Henry Mine, QLD. Work on a modern underground fleet including:

• Development Jumbos
• Loaders
• Agi Trucks
• Shotcrete Equipment
• Ancillary underground mining equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in accordance with statutory and site requirements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify equipment faults
• Conduct planned and breakdown maintenance activities
• Complete inspections, testing and component replacements
• Identify and manage workplace hazards and risks
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
• Contribute to a positive team culture and strong safety performance

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience in underground development or production mining
• Current Australian Electrical Licence
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic capabilities
• Current CPR and LVR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current manual driver's licence
• Ability to pass a pre employment medical and police clearance
• A proactive approach to safety and teamwork aligned with Redpath's values
