About the Role
Our Energy & Utilities business has a full-time permanent position available for an Electrical Team Lead to join an ongoing maintenance services and capital upgrades contract within Newcastle’s industrial area. You will provide your expertise including but not limited to, cable installation, low-voltage distribution, high-voltage switchyard upgrades and general electrical infrastructure upgrades. You will work as a part of the team ensuring work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.

About You / Requirements
- Hold an Electrical trade qualification with a current Electrical licence
- Hold an industry White Card
- Proven experience in heavy industrial plant, with demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to lead a team with well-developed communication skills and delegate responsibilities to direct reports
- Exposure / experience with project planning, execution and delivery preferred but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectively
- An ability to commit Mon – Fri work being available for some overtime when required
