Are you a seasoned electrical professional ready to lead transformative renewable energy and infrastructure projects? Join a dynamic team as an Electrical Supervisor, overseeing essential electrical construction activities across major green power delivery initiatives in Western Australia.
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge projects like substations, transmission lines, solar farms, and battery energy storage systems, all while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site.
In this leadership position, you will supervise daily operations, coordinate contractor crews, and maintain strict adherence to safety standards while keeping projects on schedule. Your expertise will drive successful testing, commissioning, and energisation activities, contributing to pioneering renewable energy infrastructure in a remote FIFO environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Electrical Licence and Electrical Trade Qualification
- S26
- Proven experience supervising electrical construction within mining, industrial, or renewable energy sectors
- Hands-on experience with substations, transmission lines, solar farms, or battery energy storage systems
- Demonstrated leadership in remote FIFO settings
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and field safety inspections
Nice to Have Skills:
- HV Switching qualification or authorisation
- Experience in HV substation construction and commissioning
- Background in renewable energy projects or decarbonisation initiatives
- First Aid certification
- Cert IV Frontline Management or similar leadership qualification
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in electrical construction for energy or infrastructure projects
- Experience working in remote FIFO environments, managing diverse teams and contractor operations
