Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

Pearl Recruitment are partnering with a locally owned Australian company that is seeking an experience Electrical Supervisor for a camp extension project 150km South East of Port Hedland. This position will be working on an 8:6 roster for an estimated 6-month project.

This position:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works associated with a camp extension.
• Plan daily activities and coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Monitor work quality, productivity and progress against project schedules.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant Australian Standards, electrical regulations, project specifications and site requirements.
• Oversee electrical installations, testing and commissioning activities as required.
• Liaise with project management and other trades to ensure smooth coordination of works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permits and electrical isolation requirements.

To Be Successful:

• Proven experience supervising plumbing works on FIFO camp or accommodation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read plans, interpret specifications and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously on site.

Further Details:

• Rate of pay: $95–$100 per hour
• Roster: 8:6
• Duration: Estimated 6 months
• Commencement: November
• Location: 150km South East of Port Hedland

Required tickets:

• Trade Certificate / WA Electrical Licence
• Relevant Licences / Senior First Aid / CPR + LVR
• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance
• White card
• Drivers Licence
