About the client:
A leading resources company with over 90 locations around the world focused on extracting, processing and transporting commodities.
About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to manage a team across the full project lifecycle whilst driving safety, quality and productivity. This role is offering an attractive 8/6 roster for a 6 month duration in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop project deliverables and manage the successful transition of project/phase closure
- Quality management
- Monitor HSE compliance
- Define project objectives/schedules and critical activities
- Monitor the project plan/schedule and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and manage project performance in line with safety standards, requirements, budget and scope
- Manage contract execution and analysis to maximise operational and financial performance
Skills & Experience Required:
- South Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Risk/Cost/Schedule Management
- Proven Construction Leadership experience
- White Card
