Electrical Site Supervisor

The opportunity

We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Energy & Utilities team, leading the delivery of electrical, communications and mechanical infrastructure projects from construction through to commissioning. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent and working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you'll play a key role in turning project plans into successful outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to lead experienced field crews, coordinate subcontractors and influence how projects are delivered across some of Australia's most important infrastructure programs.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day construction activities across electrical, communications and mechanical scopes
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, materials and site resources
• Keep projects moving by resolving issues before they impact delivery
• Support construction, commissioning and project completion activities
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and delivery partners
• Monitor quality, compliance and performance across multiple work fronts
• Lead toolbox talks, site safety activities and risk management processes
• Create a positive team culture where safety and accountability come first

What we're looking for

• Queensland Electrical Workers Licence
• Cert III Electrotechnology (Electrician) or equivalent
• Experience leading crews within electrical, utilities, communications or infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and direct workforce personnel
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality assurance and construction delivery requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make practical decisions in the field
• A leadership style that earns respect through action, support and accountability
