Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Superintendent (Night shift) to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery of the Pluto Train 1 Modification Project in Karratha, WA.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide nightshift leadership for all Electrical and Instrumentation construction activities associated with the Pluto Train 1 Modification Project, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of brownfield MEIC works.

Working within a live LNG production environment, this role will play a critical part in the safe and successful delivery of brownfield electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, commissioning and plant modification activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and mentor E&I supervisors, tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
• Plan, schedule and coordinate electrical and instrumentation works within an operational LNG facility, managing isolations, permits and interfaces with ongoing plant operations
• Provide technical leadership across electrical, instrumentation, control system and commissioning activities
• Monitor schedule, cost and quality performance, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE, electrical and process safety requirements
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors within a complex brownfield construction environment
• Liaise with Woodside representatives, engineering teams and commissioning personnel to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with Mechanical, Structural, Piping and Commissioning teams to ensure integrated project delivery

What you’ll bring:

• Electrical trade qualification (Electrician's Licence) and/or Instrumentation qualification
• Superintendent experience on major oil & gas, LNG, mining or resources projects
• Demonstrated experience delivering E&I construction works on brownfield scopes
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Experience working on LNG or gas facilities highly regarded
• Proven leadership of large site-based workforces and subcontractors
• Strong safety leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
