Description & Requirements

We’re recruiting an E&I Coordinator to join our onshore shutdown and campaign teams on a full time permanent basis. This role will be based onsite in Darwin on a Monday to Friday basis.

You will liaise with various disciplines and will be responsible for project scope preparation and execution. This is a great opportunity for a Darwin local who's looking for stability and structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
• Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required
• Development and coordination or work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
• Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standard, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
• Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
• Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP

What you’ll bring:

• Electrical trade or engineering qualification
• Willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
• Valid Australian Driver’s License
• Proof of right to work in Australia
