About the Company
Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a well-established engineering and automation specialist to recruit experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Commissioning Supervisors for multiple FIFO projects across Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of work across major mining and industrial sites, these roles offer excellent hourly rates, paid travel, varied rosters and project durations of up to 6 months.
Our Client
Our client is a well-established Australian engineering and automation contractor delivering electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and commissioning services across the mining, minerals processing and heavy industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work across Western Australia, they continue to grow their commissioning teams and deliver high-quality outcomes on major resource projects.
About the Role
As part of the commissioning team, you'll be responsible for leading Electrical & Instrumentation commissioning activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Electrical & Instrumentation commissioning teams across site
- Coordinating commissioning activities and schedules
- Reviewing and completing commissioning documentation and ITRs
- Conducting inspections and resolving technical issues
- Reviewing and approving JHAs
- Liaising with construction teams, vendors and client representatives
About You / Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
- Current unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
- Cert IV in Instrumentation
- Schedule 26
- Current LVR/CPR
- WA White Card
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years' commissioning experience within mining, oil & gas or heavy industrial environments
- Minimum 12 months' supervisory experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Qualifications & Certifications

- Perth FIFO 8:6 & 2:1 Rosters, 12 hour days
- $110 - $130/hr + Super on All Site Hours (depending on experience) + Travel
- Multiple project opportunities across WA up to 6 months
