The Role

As a Dump Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently hauling ore across surface mining operations while maintaining production targets and site safety standards.

You will be operating industry-leading equipment, including:

• Caterpillar 777
• Caterpillar 785
• Caterpillar 789
• Caterpillar 793
• Electrical machinery

You will have the opportunity to work across both hard rock and soft rock mining environments, gaining valuable experience on large-scale mining projects.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum 6 months' experience operating production dump trucks
• Experience operating one or more of the CAT 777, 785, 789 or 793
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Earnings & Career Growth

Successful candidates can earn $5,000+ per week, depending on roster and experience. Operators who demonstrate reliability, commitment and strong performance will have the opportunity to progress into permanent positions and higher-paying roles.
