About the Role:

WorkPac is currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for a FIFO role based approximately 90km south of Port Hedland. This position operates on a 2/1 roster with a mix of day and night shifts, offering stable, ongoing work. Flights depart from Perth with a short commute to camp and site.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be responsible for operating large haul trucks including Komatsu 830E (electric) and Komatsu 1500 (mechanical) units in a production mining environment. Duties include safe and efficient haulage of materials, pre-start inspections, adherence to site safety procedures, and maintaining production targets. You will work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth site operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment care.

What You Will Need:

  • Previous experience operating dump trucks in a mining environment

  • Experience operating Komatsu 830E or similar (highly desirable)

  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

  • Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

  • Ability to work 12.5-hour rotating day and night shifts

  • Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

  • Excellent work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
