About the Roles

Drill Support

• Assist production drilling operations
• Support drill maintenance and servicing
• Work alongside experienced Drillers
• Build skills towards a future Driller role

Blast Crew

• Assist with blast preparation and charging activities
• Support Shotfirers and Blast Crew members
• Set up exclusion zones and safety barriers
• Conduct equipment checks and housekeeping duties
• Build skills towards a future Shotfirer role

What's on Offer

• Rates: $57.79/hr Days | $60.98/hr Nights
• Roster: 2:1 FIFO or DIDO (primarily days)
• Weekly pay
• Super paid on all hours worked

• Flights from Perth / DIDO from Karratha

Requirements

• HR Licence (Drill Support) or C Class Licence (Blast Crew)
• White Card
• DGSC or willingness to obtain
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in remote conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screening
• Must be clean shaven for site requirements
• Previous mining, construction, civil, agriculture, quarrying or heavy industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
