The Opportunity

MinRes are seeking experienced Drill & Blast Crew to become part of our dynamic team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. Be involved in the next chapter of our lithium story. We’re exploring lithium opportunities near Kambalda in the Goldfields–Esperance region. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the future of lithium production both at MinRes and globally. Mining Positions Available:

• Drillers
• Blast Crew
• Shotfirers

What is required?

• A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum 12 months drill & blast experience.
• A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.
