Data Entry Clerk

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking 2 x Data Entry Officers to join our client, a large and well-established construction materials manufacturer based in Redcliffe. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, has strong attention to detail and looking for an immediate start in an ongoing role.

About the Role:

Working within the administration team, your primary responsibility will be to update and edit existing customer orders within the system. Sales representatives will provide the required changes, and you will accurately enter the updated information into the system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating existing sales orders with new information
• Accurately entering data into the Universe system
• Reviewing information for accuracy and completeness
• Working closely with the sales team to process requested changes
• General administration and data entry duties as required

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous data entry or administration experience
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Is confident working with computer systems
• Can work efficiently in a repetitive, process-driven environment
• Has good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
• Is available for an ASAP start
• Full Australian working rights
• Car and license to get to and fro work

Position Details:

Location: Redcliffe
Positions: 2 x Data Entry Officers
Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour + super
Hours: 8:00am/8:30am - 4:00pm/4:30pm
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing until further notice
