Crusher Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Crusher Fitter to join our maintenance team, working across fixed and mobile crushing plant. This role is suited to a hands‑on fitter with strong fault‑finding skills and proven experience supporting production targets in a high‑safety environment.

Daily Duties:

• Maintain, service, and repair crushing and screening equipment
• Work on plant including Terex, Strike, Finlay, Metso, and Powerscreen
• Diagnose mechanical faults and complete breakdown repairs
• Complete shutdowns, overhauls, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to site procedures
• Work closely with operations to minimise downtime

What we're looking for:

You believe in fostering a positive work culture and ongoing growth, ensuring we always put our people first.

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Previous experience on crushing & screening plant essential
• Strong understanding of fixed and mobile plant maintenance
• Forklift and HRWL licences are highly regarded
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment
• Valid Australian working rights
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to complete pre‑employment requirements
