Join a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction materials with a plant that runs 24/7, keeping WA's construction industry moving. Our client in Naval Base is looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join their maintenance team, working on fixed plant machinery such as mills and conveyors that's critical to production.
You'll start on a Monday-Friday, 8-hour day roster while you learn the ropes. Once you're familiar with the plant, you'll transition to a 4-day week with 10-hour shifts - giving you long weekends every week. There's also the option to take on overtime at generous penalty rates, plus join a 1-in-4 weekend on-call roster for extra earning potential.
What's on offer:
- $59.11 per hour + super
- Time-and-a-half for the first 2 hours of OT, then double time after ORD hours
- 4-day work week once trained (3 days off every week)

What you'll need:
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
- White Card
- Current driver's licence & reliable transport
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
